We also provide specialized care for sports-specific injuries, such as tennis elbow, runner's knee, and shoulder impingement
How can sports physiotherapy help athletes?

Physiotherapists utilize a variety of techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment, to address specific needs and goals of each athlete
Can sports physiotherapy benefit non-athletes as well?
Absolutely! While sports physiotherapy is primarily associated with athletes, its principles and techniques can be beneficial to individuals of all fitness levels and ages. When should I consider seeking sports physiotherapy?
You should consider seeking sports physiotherapy if you have sustained a sports-related injury, such as sprains, strains, fractures, or dislocations. Additionally, if you are experiencing persistent pain, reduced range of motion, muscle imbalances, or performance limitations, it is advisable to consult a sports physiotherapist for assessment and appropriate treatment.
