Throughout the first appointment with IRC physiotherapist, your medical referrals will be reviewed and combined with a functional assessment to ensure an understanding of your current injury and develop a management plan with the goal of enabling you to recover and resume your favorite activities as soon as reasonable.

Individualized Rehabilitation Program with clear objectives of short, middle, and long term

Based on the findings of the clinical and functional assessment, an Individualized Rehabilitations Program will be designed by your physiotherapist in holistic (whole-body) approach to customize the best treatment program with the aim to cater for your personal needs, maximize your rate of recovery and reduce the likelihood of a recurrence of the problem.

Clear explanation of management plan and outcomes expectation

Your physiotherapist will discuss with you the big picture of the treatment process, the expected number of sessions required to complete the agreed-upon treatment program. The treatment plan will be adapted as your condition progresses.
